How valuable would it be to know how others describe you? The way we perceive ourselves and the way others perceive us are often different. Knowing how you are perceived is a valuable key in building effective relationships and creating your personal brand.
The DISC 360° gathers anonymous observer information (unlimited) scores the data, and delivers the results in the form of a comprehensive report. You will quickly realize the value of knowing how you are perceived by others. Discover:
- your natural strengths and how to leverage them to your advantage,
- your potential weaknesses and put an end to much of your self-sabotage,
- how you react under stress and a method to convert tension into positive energy,
- strategies to reduce conflict,
- what motivates you and how to accomplish more using less effort,
- new ways to help others see the “true” you,
- how to adapt and effectively connect with others by Treating Them the Way They Want to Be Treated.
YOUR OBSERVERS ARE ANONYMOUS
Your selected observers are invited by email to take the Observer’s Assessment - anonymously - on your behalf. Upon completion, the observers’ assessments are compiled by the system, with no identification as to the observers’ names or their individual responses. The results from your observers will not display until there are at least three participants, making it possible to calculate an average before you receive your report.
Your DISC 360° will increase your drive for success by helping you apply the feedback you receive.
Note: An UNLIMITED number of observers with a minimum of three is required to process the report.
All assessments entitle you to a 1:1 Consultation with our Chief Career Architect and Behavioural Consultant with ProfilingPro. You will go through the results of the assessment and determine the next steps for your career.
