You will complete an online DISC assessment* which provides a computer scored, graphed and accurately interpreted personalised report. This report will identify your natural and adapted communication style and behavioural traits. Your report enhances the interview process by preparing you for discussions about your characteristics, ideal work environment and the value you bring to the workplace, in addition to giving you specific suggestions on communicating and responding effectively with others. 

Your report will also provide the best word choices for referencing potential limitations and areas for development. You’ll learn more about accentuating your inherent strengths and how to express that ability.

*This report will be used in crafting your interview guide as well as helping you create responses to interview questions.

WHAT’S THE PROCESS?

1. You will receive a link to log in to our online portal to complete your DISC Assessment

2. You will receive your report within 24 hours and your Career Architect will use this document along with the job vacancy to craft your interview guide. (you can also request a general preparation session where common interview questions related to the desired career field will be crafted)

3. You will receive a link to schedule your coaching session. 

4. Your personal interview guide will be emailed at least 48 hours before your coaching session so that you have time to review.
